Hello my name is Moreno Pasin , I have received an e-mail from Mrs. Inga(marketing director) about the cancellation of my booking on 08 July. I tried to answer her back by e-mail but I was not allowed to write to her address…(i don’t know why…) so I hope that you can help me.
I would like to change my reservation on Monday 11th July at 10a.m. , if possible.
Can I have a receipt to show to the boat staff when I will arrive please?

Dear Moreno,
My name is Inga Dís and I am the marketing director for Special Tours in Iceland.
I am sorry to tell you that there was a mistake made by the booking system on the day of your booking. The thing is that the whale watching boat, Rósin, had been rented out for a private tour in the morning of 08 July, but somehow the booking for the open whale watching tour at 10am stayed on-line and you were able to book your tour.

I want to ask you respectfully if there is any chance if you could perhaps change the reservation you have for either the 2pm or the 5pm tour on the same day? Or perhaps another day would suit you as well by any chance?
I send you my sincere apologies and hope that you will still join our tour.
